Equal Pay Act.
Our commitment to pay transparency, inclusion and diversity — based on the Brazilian Classification of Occupations (CBO).
As established by Law No. 14,611 of July 4, 2023, and by Ministry of Labour (MTE) Ordinance No. 3,714, and in line with Grupo Partnership's commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity, we publish our pay equality report. The Brazilian Classification of Occupations (CBO) plays an essential role in this context by structuring and categorising occupations in Brazil.
What the CBO is for
- Naming and cataloguing occupations;
- Providing a general and detailed view of the tasks of each occupation;
- Stating the training and experience requirements of the market.
Goals of its use
- Providing details about occupations;
- Supporting the classification of roles and positions (e-Social and Caged);
- Facilitating labour-market research;
- Supporting public policies on employment and professional training.
To preserve privacy, the information in the reports has been anonymised in compliance with the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018). The data was organised by the Ministry of Labour and Employment, following the structure of the CBO's Major Groups.
Major Groups
Official classification that groups different types of professional activities (roles/departments).
- Applied for classification purposes, with no intent to regulate professions;
- Does not necessarily reflect the reality of every role.
Relevant aspects of the reports
The current report was produced by the Ministry of Labour and Employment based on 2022 e-Social data. Future reports will use more up-to-date data, with a more precise view of each site. As required by the regulations, the reports cover sites with 100 or more employees, and the methodology is published in March and September (Decree No. 11,795/2023, art. 2, §3).
